CONGRATULATIONS MARTHA MUNGUIA!

Age: 64 years old

Occupation: Accounting.

When did you join WOFB and how did you hear about us?
I heard about WOFB from my daughter, Maria Sinclair, was amazed for her change. I joined in March 2020, and after two weeks the pandemic hit us and I stopped going until October 2020, when I started again. 

What is your background in exercise/sports?
I started swimming as a child, then in my teen years I played volleyball. Before joining WOFB I used to walk 2-3 miles three times a week and go to a gym on a regular basis.

What is your favorite exercise/workout?
My favorite work out is upper body.

What is your least favorite exercise/workout?
Burpees.

What changes have you noticed since being part of the WOFB family?
I have experienced lot of changes in my life, since I joined WOFB. I feel full of energy, my strength has increased a lot, I am more conscious about my eating habits and try to eat better. My health in general is better, even though I have arthritis – I have never stopped working out and it has helped a lot. One of my goals is to run 1 mile in 10 minutes, and little by little have been improving. I will get there, no matter how long it takes.

Will recommend anyone to join WOFB, the members make you feel like a family, you get support from everyone. Love my 5:45 am class and I am very thankful to Lorraine for her support .

Look forward everyday to go to my class.
