3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us? I started in 2020, My brother had been studying at FFA and always spoke highly about it, when I told him I was thinking of joining WOFB he gave me the last push to enroll. He is the biggest supporter of my fitness journey.
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: Once upon a time I played softball but I have always enjoyed yoga and dancing.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Pulling the rope tire cause I get to pretend that I’m working on a pirate ship!
6. Least Favorite Exercise: Burpees…
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? Aside from losing weight, I feel calmer, stronger and it helps me focus on what’s important: friends, family and my health.
