3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us? I started in 2014 and found you on Google as I was searching for a women-only gym.
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: Growing up I played basketball briefly in high school and really enjoyed the physical education classes but I did not really have a schedule or consistency in my workouts. I always yearned to be a fit person and I’m finding my way in my adulthood.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): My favorite exercises are squats and deadlifts.
6. Least Favorite Exercise: My least favorite exercise is pull-ups.
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? I have been a member since 2014 but it wasn’t until recently that I “locked in” mentally and was able to lose 45 lbs in 5 months. I am so committed to losing another 45 lbs before the end of the year. I definitely see more definition in my legs and arms as well as dropped two dress sizes. I love my WOFB community and have made great friends since joining.

Losing 45 pounds in just 5 months is no small feat, but what’s most impressive is not just the number on the scale – it’s the consistency, determination, and discipline you’ve shown every step of the way. You’ve dropped two dress sizes, built strength and confidence, and become an inspiration to the all the women around you. You’re always the hardest worker in the room and it’s paying off!
