CONGRATS ZU!!

1. Age: 39

2. Profession: Business Owner, Miller Tire 107. 

3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
Started training in Nov 2024, I was talking to a friend from high school that has 3 children and is in incredible shape, I asked her what kind of fitness she does and she said she goes to a Bootcamp style gym in south Miami. That location is too far for me so I googled ones near me and FFA came up. 

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
Before having kids I was very fit and played beach volleyball/did CrossFit. Had to quit orange theory shortly after I got pregnant since they found a hematoma near my placenta. No lifting or exercise until birth. Same happened with my 2nd pregnancy. After that I lost steam and it was hard to start again. 

5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): beach volleyball and weight lifting

6. Least Favorite Exercise: core 

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
I haven’t measured my inches since my goal is to do it at 6 months but I have lost 15 lbs in these last almost 5 months and my body is much more toned. I can start to see my muscles again! It’s exciting to see and feel the changes.
