3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I started in November 2024. I came to a class with my mom 😊
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I’ve been active my entire life. I started playing competitive soccer at a young age and went on to play in college. After law school, I even trained myself to compete in a fitness competition and ended up placing 3rd! My favorite things have always been playing soccer, running, strength training, and yoga.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Anything lower body.
6. Least Favorite Exercise: Pull-ups
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? Prior to joining WOFB, I had plateaued in my own training efforts. I was active but I wasn’t progressing any further in my results. Since joining WOFB, my lifestyle has completely changed. My workout schedule is more structured, I’m able to focus more on my nutrition, my body fat has decreased, and my strength and definition have significantly increased. I’m prioritizing rest and am sleeping better. I truly feel so amazing, so confident, and I won’t ever go back to the non-WOFB life, if I can help it.
