3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I began training at WOFB in 2013. My sister Michelle joined in 2009 and loved it!

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I started working out at Porky’s gym in 2009. 

5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Lunges 

6. Least Favorite Exercise: Bent over rows and pull ups. 

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? My favorite part is the mental aspect of working out, releasing stress and leaving the gym feeling relaxed and focused. Physically having more energy and strength while working out among the greatest coaches and friends is an added bonus! 🫶🏽
