3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I started training at WOFB in August 2025. I found out about it while searching for gyms near me, and I decided to join because I wanted to improve my health and become stronger both physically and mentally.

4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
Before joining WOFB, I didn’t have a very consistent fitness routine. I worked out occasionally, but it wasn’t structured. Since starting here, I’ve been learning proper techniques, building discipline, and becoming more consistent with my training.

5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout):
My favorite type of workout is strength training because I enjoy challenging myself and seeing my progress week after week.

6. Least Favorite Exercise:
My least favorite workouts are intense cardio sessions, but I still push myself because I know they help improve my endurance.

7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
Since starting at WOFB, I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength, energy, and overall fitness. I feel healthier, more confident, and more motivated to keep improving every day.

Thank you to the whole team for helping me through this process. You all keep me motivated. I’ve met so many powerful women at this gym who inspire me every day, and I really appreciate it. Going to the gym helps me wake up happy on the days I train, even when life feels hard. It’s something very important to me because it’s something I do for myself and for my well-being.

The dedication you bring, even on the hard days, and the way you show up for yourself and for the women around you is truly inspiring.
