3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I started training at WOFB about a year ago. Before that, I had no experience with fitness or working out. When I discovered this women-only gym, I decided to give it a try and it completely changed my life.
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
Before joining WOFB, I didn’t have a fitness background at all. I came in with knee pain, shoulder discomfort, and very little energy. As a stylist, I knew I needed to strengthen my body to feel good and work comfortably, and the WOFB team guided and motivated me from day one.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout):
Boxing – I love the intensity! It helps me release stress, focus my mind, and feel balanced. It’s my moment of pure energy and empowerment.
6. Least Favorite Exercise:
Bulgarian split squats 😅 – I don’t enjoy them, but I still do them because I know how good they are for me!
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
The transformation has been incredible. My body, mind, and energy are completely different now. I’ve gained strength, endurance, and confidence – I’m doing things I never imagined, like lifting weights! I remember when I couldn’t even handle the empty bar, and now I surprise myself every day with what I can do. Thanks to WOFB and my trainers, Lorraine and Edgard, I feel stronger, healthier, and happier than ever.
