3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I started September 2014 (recently made 10 years). I knew someone who joined and had told me about it. I was two months away from getting married so I wanted to lose a few pounds. I didn’t think that something that was supposed to be a temporary thing would become a lifestyle.
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
I started the gym at 15 years old and joined different classes (cylcing, zumba, yoga) but throughout the years I became inconsistent and unmotivated. Once I joined WOFB, I realized that I love working with a group of people and love having coaches who push me to my limits.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): I love squats, dead lifts, and kickboxing.
6. Least Favorite Exercise: Burpees and hip thrusters
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
Since starting WOFB, I am stronger and have an overall active lifestyle. Working out after a long day of work releases stress and tension. WOFB has become a family. I am appreciative of all the ladies I’ve met and all the coaches who push me and motivate me.

Your journey from joining for a short-term goal to making fitness a lasting lifestyle is a testament to your dedication and resilience. Likewise, you’ve become a cherished part of the WOFB family. Keep pushing your limits and shining in all that you do!
