3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
It started back in October 2022 when I was in the FFA class. I remember seeing a group of women coming out of a class looking fit and strong. One day I caught a glimpse of what they were doing and instantly wanted to be part of it. I finally made my transfer in August 2023, and ever since then, I’ve been in love with the workout.
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: My family runs a kickboxing club back in the Philippines, and I’d join them in training sometimes.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): I love leg day and upper body. I fall in love with the weights. They are dangerously addictive.
6. Least Favorite Exercise: Pull ups
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
Ever since i started WOFB, I’ve been paying more attention to what I eat. People I’ve worked with keep giving me compliments on how I look fitter now, I’m building muscle and loved it! I’ve been feeling way less tired on night shift that I ever have been before in my nursing career. Thank you!!
