3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us?
I started boot camp this past December. My husband had trained in the MMA program there during college, and last year we decided to enroll our oldest son in the MMA program. When we went to enroll him, my husband signed me up for the boot camp, too. From the very first day, I loved it!
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background:
Before joining WOFB, I mostly worked out at home. After having my kids, I did a little bit of Pilates to focus on my core. Otherwise, with three kids, my fitness routine mostly involved running after them!
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): leg day
6. Least Favorite Exercise: burpees
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
I feel more energetic, and each class leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. When I first started, I didn’t think I could lift much or keep up with all the exercises, but by showing up consistently, following the meal plan, and staying committed, I began to see real improvements. Even better, I’ve applied that same strategy to other areas of my life, by staying consistent and working hard, I’ve realized I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey.
