October 2025; I was familiar with the WOFB because I frequent this mall.

During Covid I started walking to increase my activity. I spend too much time in front of a computer.
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): Weight lifting
6. Least Favorite Exercise: Pull ups
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB?
My left shoulder stopped hurting, I’m able to carry groceries more easily and lost 12 pounds and went down 1 size of pants.
